Technical Data Sheet
Product Summary
Our high-density, non-absorbent rigid phenolic foams have superior structural strength with a high compressive strength to density ratio. They have a smooth texture and are carvable, machinable, and carbonizable. Additionally, all our foams are self-extinguishing with low smoke toxicity and exhibit fire-retardant properties.
Maximum dimensions:
96” L x 24-48” W x 24-48” H (243 cm L x 60-121 cm L x 60-121 cm H)
Advantages:
- High compressive strength to density ratio
- Small cell
- Smooth surface and texture
- Holds small details
- Can be molded into different shapes and sizes with ordinary tools
